Beautifully restored half-timbered house on the castle pond with a wonderful ambience. Very tastefully decorated and good solutions such as modern and old have been combined. The menu not only reads well, it tastes great too. The plates are arranged beautifully and there is something for every taste. Highly recommended!

Very nice service. We had ordered for 5 people, unfortunately the table was only set for 4, missing cutlery was handed over. Food was okay, mustard soup too cold. Too little sauce for rice with pikeperch. The two ox cheek portions were different sizes. Pasta with pumpkin and sundried tomatoes was very good. Follow pictures. The homemade tea was great. No mask requirement!

Naaaaja! A very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, that was it. A smile is hard to find in the conditions. The food took a long time! The joy was all the greater when it finally came. However, the disappointment was great when the first bites were eaten. Boring taste, sometimes strange aftertaste. Completely overcooked. Only the fries for the child were convincing. Unfortunately that was nothing ...

The oldest restaurant in the city is situated in a quiet, idyllic location on a mountain slope. I was welcomed in a very friendly way - got a place outdoors and the most important thing: the food. Rustic and very tasty, makes you want more visits. Thanks to the chefs and the service team.

The oldest inn in Chemnitz. Built in 1436. It is definitely worth visiting here. First because of the beautiful ambience and above all because of the food. Very good and tasty. Parking spaces are available.

Very good atmosphere

Food and wine is good, very friendly stuff, no formality, they speak and joke like human beings. Good atmosphere, in really old building. But this is the typical example of too much. Less would be more. It's kitchy.

My local colleagues took me here as an introduction of Germany food. Well this is a beautiful ancient house, looks festive from outside at night, and the atmosphere inside is just perfect. I tried the hausebeer and beefcheek, they were not bad. A relaxing place with many choices of traditional food.
